Prospective applicants, please be aware that the condition of the home is our primary consideration. We prefer mobile homes that are new or less than 10 years old, although we will also consider well-maintained older homes with qualified residents.

Before submitting your application, prospective tenants must provide a photo of the home and supporting documents proving ownership. This helps us determine if you qualify to lease the lot. Once your home is approved, we can proceed with the application process. Please note that this process differs from renting an apartment.

$500 refundable pet deposit per pet.
$25 monthly pet rent per pet.
