Guarantors are accepted with income equal to 5× the base rent. Conditional approvals may require an additional deposit, surety bond, guarantor, or non-refundable opportunity fee. Pet-friendly community with applicable fees, restrictions, and occupancy limits. Renter’s insurance with required liability coverage is mandatory.
